Why DBStack?
By continuing, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using DBStack (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DBStack provides database management tools, workflow automation, and API-related features. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
You retain ownership of content and data you submit, store, or process through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant DBStack a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to operate and provide the Service.
You agree not to:
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., OAuth providers, cloud vendors). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. DBStack is not responsible for third-party services.
If you subscribe to paid features, fees are billed as described at purchase. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or outages may occur.
DBStack and its branding, software, and documentation are owned by DBStack or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to DBStack trademarks or proprietary assets.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
